Logo design and corporate identity for the Construction Industry – Lansdowne Building Contractors

The challenge

Logo design and corporate identity for the Construction Industry: To rebrand an existing construction business and bring-to-life a stale old logo, keeping existing colours so not to confuse the existing customer base.

Lansdowne Building Contractors is an established builder which prides itself in often being chosen as the preferred contractor for repeat projects.

Our brief was to reflect Lansdownes’ business ethos of flexibility towards problem solving in response to changes in client designs.

The solution

To complete this logo design and corporate identity for the Construction Industry, we redrew the letter components and experimented with 3D effects. The ‘L’ was extruded from the page to dd life. The background is a gradient with the existing blue fading to white. The logo looks very effective on the van livery design and banners which stretch across scaffolding. We have worked with the construction industry for a number of years.
